Covid-19 Shipping Delay Notice
Please email us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Our system is automated and we have a small window during which we can manually cancel the order before it ships.
Due to increased demand and carrier capacity/delivery challenges, your shipments could experience delays. UPS and other carriers are experiencing serious capacity constraints across their logistics networks. We know this is frustrating and we are doing everything we can to minimize the impact.
Most orders process within 1-2 business days, however certain products may take as long as 5-7 business days to reach you. Transit time varies depending on zip code and availability.
If you have a rush order then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before processing the order. If you have already processed your order and want it expedited then please email us right away with your order number and we will try our best to help. If order cannot be expedited, we will cancel the order and refund you.
You will receive an email with a tracking information as soon as your order is on the way to you.
